#MoreThanEnough

A storytelling campaign developed with Made For Families, an initiative under the Prime Minister’s Office, to reframe how young Singaporeans think about marriage and parenthood.

The Challenge

Many young Singaporeans hesitate to commit to marriage and parenthood. In a culture that prizes professional success and personal achievement, starting a family can feel like a responsibility you must be perfectly ready for.

But the truth is, no one ever feels fully ready.

Made For Families, an initiative under the Prime Minister’s Office, wanted to encourage young adults to see marriage and parenthood not as obligations to perfect — but journeys you grow into.

The Idea

A storytelling campaign that reassures young Singaporeans that they don’t need to have everything figured out before starting a family.

Through intimate, real-life stories of couples navigating love, uncertainty and parenthood, the campaign reframed a powerful fear many young adults carry: “What if I’m not good enough?”

The answer: trying your best already makes you #MoreThanEnough.

A couple reflects on how marriage isn’t about being perfectly ready, but learning and growing together along the way.

A young family shares the honest, imperfect moments of early parenthood that make the journey meaningful.

A story about partnership, and how facing uncertainty together makes people stronger than they think.
